The Government proposes to acquire on a Three Year Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract with a quantity of 100 MIN/ 260 MAX each of Switch, Sensitive, NSN: 5930-01-289-5565, Part Number: 4110917-7 applicable to the CG OH-58 Kiowa weapon system. Production Lead Time without First Article Testing is 100 each, 187 Days After Contract Award with deliveries to New Cumberland, PA, 17070-5002. This item is restricted to Triumph Actuation Systems, LLC, Cage Code: 1SR57. The data needed to acquire this part competitively is not physically available, it cannot be obtained economically, nor is it possible to draft adequate specifications or any other adequate, economical description of the material for a competitive solicitation.
