THE PURPOSE OF THIS MODIFICATION IS TO CHANGE POC FROM JONATHAN BAKER TO
LAUREN MCMINN. ALL OTHER TERMS AND CONDITIONS REMAIN THE SAME.

PRON: AX5F0490AX; NOUN: Switch, Rotary; NSN: 5930-01-180-3896; P/N: 29822-1; Qty of 14 each on a One Time Buy (OTB) type contract with deliveries to New Cumberland, PA. Required delivery is 14 each 150 Days After Contract Award (DACA). This requirement is restricted to Hamilton Sundstrand Corporation (CAGE: 73030) because the rights to use the data needed to purchase this part from additional source(s) is not owned by the Government and cannot be purchased, developed or otherwise obtained. All offerors must meet prequalification requirements in order to be eligible for award. Firms that recognize and can produce the required item described above are encouraged to identify themselves. Firms are encouraged to seek source approval in order to compete for future solicitations by accessing the website http://amcomdmz.redstone.army.mil/casl_cmo/casldba.casl_cmo_samsar and looking under Standard Aviation and Missile Source Approval Request (SAMSAR). All responsible sources may submit an offer, which shall be considered by the Agency. The closing date annotated is an estimated date and may be adjusted dependent upon the date of release for solicitation; however, the solicitation will not close prior to the date stated above. Foreign Firms are reminded that all requests for solicitation must be processed through their respective embassies. All prospective manufacturers, or distributors, seeking to compete for a solicitation for Aviation and Missile Life Cycle Management Command (AMCOM) Spares, for any restricted source parts, are required to be an AMCOM approved source. To obtain approval, vendors must submit a SAR package, for review and approval, to the Engineering Directorate (ED), Quality Engineering Division. Source approval must be obtained prior to being considered for contract award. Approvals are made on an individual part number basis for a specific manufacturing location (CAGE). Firms are encouraged to seek source approval in order to compete for future solicitations by following the SAR submission guidance provided on the website: http://amcomdmz.redstone.army.mil/casl_cmo/casldba.casl_cmo_samsar. Questions concerning SAR submissions can be directed to the ED SAR Team at EDSAR@amrdec.army.mil or call the SAR Team at 256-313-8978, 256-313-0341 or 256-313-8994.
