Warner Robins - Automatic Test Systems Division (AFLCMC/WNA), the program office for Benchtop Reconfigurable Automatic Test (BRAT) system, anticipates issuing a solicitation to obtain sustaining engineering services to identify a replacement Synthesized Signal Generator. The requirement includes technical analysis, analysis of alternatives with procurement costs and technical specification, determination of replacement BRAT Synthesized Signal Generator, prototype, integration of solutions into the over BRAT system, and First Article & Qualification Testing. This solicitation will result in the award of a definitive C type contract with a period of performance of 12 months. The preponderance of this contract will be Firm-Fixed-Price (FFP) for the sustaining engineering, two prototype Synthesized Signal Generators and First Article & Qualification Testing. Cost Reimbursement No Fee (CRNF) will be used for the travel in support of this requirement. The anticipated Contract Line Item Numbers (CLINs) are as follows:


0001, Sustaining Engineering (1 Lot), FFP


0002, First Article & Quality Test / Accept (1 Lot), FFP


0003, Travel (1 Lot), CRNF


0004, Prototype Synthesized Signal Generators (2 Each), FFP


0005, Data, Contract Data Requirements List (CDRL), Not Separately Priced


The proposed contact action is for services for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source, Advanced Testing Technologies Inc. (ATTI) CAGE: 0DRX9, under statutory authority 10 USC 2304(c)(1) as implemented by Federal Acquisition Regulation 6.302-1.

All responsible sources may submit a capability statement, proposal, or quote which shall be considered by the agency. However, ATTI owns the required technical data to modify the BRAT.
