Sustainable business park design, plan preparation, and construction oversight
The Part intends to build a development of approximately 40 acres in a rural setting for manufacturing and other businesses that incorporates a sustainable system approach. This system will, at a minimum, address "right-sizing" the site development footprint, maintaining and/or solving for natural hydrological conditions in beneficialways, and planning for human-landscape interaction that provides recreational and social benefits. The design team is expected to include landscape architects, engineers and other design professionals that have experience in translating best management practices into low-impact development in a manner appropriate for this specific development.
