Description of Services
The Town of Castle Rocks Public Works Department is accepting statements of qualifications from engineering/surveying firms having expertise in providing surveying services, including monumented land surveys, topographic/improvement surveys, construction staking, and preparation of legal descriptions.
Information for Respondents
1.
Most of the Towns surveying work is performed under on-call professional service agreements. The Town will be selecting approximately 2-4 firms to provide these services. The Town reserves the right to request proposals from additional firms.
2.
The Scope of Work section of the Request for Qualifications (RFQ) describes the services required. The Town reserves the right to modify the requirements for this RFQ.
3.
The Town does not assume responsibility for reimbursement of costs incurred by respondents in replying to this RFQ. All proposals submitted will become the property of the Town. The Town reserves the right to reject any or all responses, or select the response most advantageous to the Town.
