The objective of this procurement is to obtain a National Committee for Quality Assurance (NCQA) certified HEDIS/CAHPS survey vendor to conduct Consumer Assessment of Healthcare Providers and Systems (CAHPS) surveys. Contractor will conduct the Healthcare Effectiveness Data and Information Set (HEDIS) / CAHPS Adult Survey and CAHPS Child Survey on an annual basis for Medicaid and Peach Care for Kids® populations. Contractor shall conduct the survey process according to CAHPS Health Plan Survey guidelines, the HEDIS protocol and the CHIPRA Initial Core Set of Children's Health Care Quality Measures Technical Specifications developed by the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS).
