Survey
For professional market research and analysis to conduct a citizen satisfaction
and illegal drug trafficking enforcement survey in order to measure and become
better informed about the public's satisfaction with Department services and products.
The Department will use the results of the survey to become better informed with respect to
the attitudes and opinions of citizens regarding the citizen satisfaction with police
products and services, how citizens fell about drug trafficking and enforcement,
community concerns over safety and security, and recommendations or
suggestions for improvement.
