I.              Summary
Contractor shall perform work necessary to supply and install parts for a surveillance camera system installation in and around buildings, 1926, 1927, 1930, and 1938 at the 729th Air Control Squadron, Hill Air Force Base, Utah. For buildings 1926, 1927, and 1930, the security system shall be exterior installations only. 

(a)  Contractor shall provide all labor, materials, equipment, transportation, and services required to accomplish all work related to installing equipment to manufactures specifications.

(b)  Contractor shall provide all necessary training to be able to utilize the camera system efficiently.

II.            Project Description

(a) Contractor shall provide and install:
(i)         Three (3) each 5 Terabyte Hard Disk Drive Servers

(ii)        One (1) each 1 Terabyte Hard Disk Drive Server

(iii)       One (1) each 16 Terabyte Network Attached Storage Server

(iv)       One (1) each 24-Port Switch

(v)        One (1) each 16-Port Switch

(vi)       Two (2) each 8-Port Switch

(vii)      Thirty-six (36) each Single IP camera Licenses

(viii)     Sixteen (16) each 3MP IP66 Indoor/Outdoor Bullet Network Day/Night Cameras

(ix)       Sixteen (16) each 3MP IP66 Indoor/Outdoor Network Mini Dome Day/Night Cameras

(x)        Four (4) each Enclosed Server Racks

(xi)       Wires, Power Connections/Switches, Extenders, Conduit, and all miscelleaneous parts, etc. required to install and make operational the security camera system.  

b) Replace the current inoperable recording system, eight (8) interior cameras, and six (6) exterior infrared night time visibility exterior weather resistant cameras for building 1938.

(c) Install five (5) infrared night time visibility exterior weather resistant cameras to the fenced entry-exit points.

(d) Install ten (10) infrared night time visibility exterior weather resistant cameras on the exterior of building 1926. (b) Replace the current inoperable recording system, eight (8) interior cameras, and six (6) exterior infrared night time visibility exterior weather resistant cameras for building 1938.

 (e) Install three (3) infrared night time visibility exterior weather resistant cameras on the exterior of building 1930 to provide remote visibility of entry-exit points and basic compound infrastructure. 

(f) Install two (2) infrared night time visibility exterior weather resistant cameras at Building 1927 installed from points within the compound to provide the most visibility angles possible without connecting to the actual building.

(g) All installed cameras shall be able to be utilized by main system hub located in building 1938 "Communication Focal Point" and shall be part of an intranet system that shall not have access to web services. Connection between buildings by line-of-sight data transfer is accepted or "in lieu of" wire based network connectivity of facilities.
