The District is seeking proposals for the Surplus Off-Road Opt-In for NOx (SOON) Provision of the State Air Resources Boards In-Use Off-Road Diesel Vehicle Regulation. The primary purpose of this program is to provide financial incentives to assist in the purchase of low-emission heavy-duty engine technologies to achieve near-term nitrogen oxides (NOx) emission reductions from in-use off-road equipment.
