Surgicial Instrument Repairs
This is a Request for Information (RFI). The Department of Veteran Affairs, Medical Center, Fayetteville, Arkansas, has a requirement for a Service Contract for the services to repair, refurbish, and assess for replacement surgical instruments for use in operating room procedures. The resulting Contract shall be a Firm-Fixed Price Agreement. This RFI is for Contractors to state whether they can enter into a Service Contract for the above requirement. This RFI is issued on 12/14/2017 with responses due on 12/22/2017, 4:00 p.m. Central Standard Time. Interested parties responding to this RFI shall provide an e-mail response by the due date indicated on the RFI. Only e-mail responses received by the due date will be accepted.
