Surgical Custom Packs - Seattle SDVOSB Set-aside Five (5) year IDIQ
Synopsis:
VA Puget Sound Health Care System (VAPSHCS) is requesting a new Five (5) year IDIQ contract for Custom Surgical Packs.
This requirement is for Brand Name or Equal offerings to Cardinal. If equal items are offered, then they must meet the salient characteristics stated in the solicitation and provide descriptive literature for evaluation. Please see details listed in the solicitation.
This procurement is restricted to SDVOSB. Vendor must be certified in VIP to be considered for the award.
All Offerors must be registered in SAM at https://www.sam.gov to be eligible for award.
NAICS 339112 applies-size standard is 1000 Employees.
