Surface Contractor Operation and Maintenance Services (COMS) DRAFT Solicitation
The Naval Air Warfare Center Training Systems Division (NAWCTSD) has a requirement to provide operations and maintenance services for the Technical Training Equipment (TTE), Training System/Equipment (TS/E), and Training Support (TS) for the Littoral Combat Ship (LCS) and Surface training portfolios. This requirement is being competed as a Task Order (TO) within Lot I of the Fielded Training Systems Support (FTSS) IV Multiple Award Contract (MAC). Any interest in subcontracting opportunities shall be addressed to the FTSS IV Prime contract holders using the attached FTSS IV Prime contract holder point of contact list.
The intent of this posting is to notify all FTSS IV MAC holders that the Surface COMS TO Draft Solicitation is available upon request.
FTSS IV MAC holders interested in gaining access to the draft solicitation documents shall request them from the Contract Specialist, Christopher Camp, at Christopher.j.camp1@navy.mil.
The Government is accepting questions regarding the draft solicitation. All questions to the Government are to be submitted in writing by utilizing the Section L Attachment 4, Solicitation Questions and Answer Form. Each question or comment should reference the applicable document, page number, and paragraph number. Do not include any proprietary information in your question, because the Government will provide the question and answer to all potential offerors. All questions must be submitted for the solicitation no later than 1700 Eastern Standard Time (EST) on January 23, 2018, to Christopher Camp, Contract Specialist at Christopher.j.camp1@navy.mil.
The Government is under no obligation to answer questions received, but will attempt to do so as time permits.
A final solicitation is anticipated to be posted within the next 30 days.
