To provide configuration, problem resolution, programming, analytical, BASIS and other support services at the state project manager's discretion for the SAP software, SAP Enterprise Portal software and for planned and unplanned (problems) tasks required in support of the LaGov system and all its related components: Financial, Logistics, HCM and SAP Enterprise Portal system and its related components. Since HCM has been live over 13 years, the state team is primarily self supporting and generally only requires limited ABAP assistance. If the State decided to implement new complex functionality in this area, consultants would be requested and sufficient lead time would be given to obtain the required resources.
