GENERAL DESCRIPTION OF WORK: Furnish & install complete all labor, material & equipment required to re-erect Pre-Engineered Metal Building at Rock Eagle 4-H Center. Building to include new 30' x 30' crawlspace/basement and new covered walkway to connect to existing House Keeping Building. F&I new concrete footings, foundations, walls & slab on existing building site pad. Reconstruct Owner furnished structural steel framing. F&I new wall panels, roof panels, insulation, miscellaneous trim, gutters & soffit panels. F&I three new overhead doors, and two new metal doors. No mechanical, electrical, plumbing or masonry work included. All work as called for in bid specifications and drawings.
