Support Equipment for KC-130J Program
The Naval Air Warfare Center Aircraft Division Lakehurst, NJ intends to issue a solicitation on a sole-source basis to Lockheed Martin Corporation (CAGE 98897) in Marietta, GA for the procurement of the following items in support of the KC-130J Program:
- Tool Kit, Turnbuckle; NSN 4920-01-424-8235; P/N 3402774-1; Quantity three (3)
- Adapter ASSY APU Dolly; NSN 1730-01-471-2279; P/N 3402489-69; Quantity three (3)
- Dolly Assembly, APU; NSN 1730-01-470-8714; P/N 3401207-5; Quantity two (2)
- Portable Maintenance Aid (PMA); NSN 4920-01-506-4332; P/N 3358831-1; Quantity two (2)
- Hoist Fitting Assembly, Propeller NSN 3950-01-454-6591; P/N 3404002-1; Quantity one (1)
- Pin and Stock Crimp Tool Set NSN 6625-01-454-3333; P/N ES125121-3; Quantity three (3)
- Fuel Quantity Probes and Harness Test Set NSN 6625-01-538-2677; P/N ES125111-3; Quantity three (3)
The Government intends to procure the above items under the authority of 10 USC 2304 (c) (1), FAR 6.302-1, Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. Lockheed Martin Corporation owns the propriety information associated with the equipment, as well as the design to the aircraft into which the equipment will be incorporated. A determination by the Government, not to open the requirement to competition based upon the response to this notice, is solely within the discretion of the Government.
