Supply of engineering assistant software program
(a) Non refundable Tender fee (Rs. 230/-) shall be paid online by using payment gateway, on or before last date and time of online bid submission. In any case, the tender fee once paid will not be refunded, even though the bidder has failed to complete the "Final Submission" of the e-bid. Payment in the form of DD / Cheque is NOT acceptable. (b) Firms registered as Micro, Small Enterprise/s as per prevailing guidelines of MSMED Act,2006 with District Industries Centers, NSIC, Khadi & Village Industries Commission and Board, Coir Board, Directorate of Handicraft & Handloom, all MSEs having Udyog Aadhaar memorandum, Any other body specified by Ministry of MSME, bidders registered under are EXEMPTED from TENDER FEE against submission of applicable documents either valid MSE registration certificate or Udyog Aadhaar Memorandum of MSME. However, such firms should ensure UPLOADING of (i) valid registration certificate of MSE showing terminal validity date of the registration. The certificate valid as on the date of tender opening will only be considered for Tender Fee exemption.
