Supply of Natural Gas
The Contractor will purchase, deliver, and bill for natural gas for various State agencies and accounts listed in Exhibit A3. An auction
will be held to solicit prices for the Basis as defined below for the accounts listed in Exhibit A3. All such volumes will be subject to
the agreed to prices. All gas requirements will be as measured at the customer meter, i.e. burner tip volumes.
