Supply: Urodynamic Analyzer
The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA), Network Contracting Office-8 (NCO-8), in support of James A. Haley Veterans Hospital (JAHVAH), Tampa, Florida will award a Firm-Fixed Price contract to the responsible quoter using a comparative evaluation. The comparative evaluation will be performed in accordance with FAR 13.106-2(b)(3). The government reserves the right to select a quotation that provides benefit to the government that exceeds the minimum but is not required to do so.
JAHVAH is soliciting Request for Quotes (RFQ s) from potential quoters for the one-time purchase of One (1) Urodynamic Analyzer Aquarius XT or equal as described in the Salient Characteristics of the RFQ document.
This procurement is to be set-aside for SMALL BUSINESS using a cascading evaluation of offers. This solicitation is being issued as a tiered evaluation for SDVOSB concerns, or in the alternative, a tiered evaluation for VOSB concerns, or in the alternative, a set-aside for all other small business concerns. If award cannot be made, the solicitation will be cancelled and the requirement resolicited.
The applicable North American Industry Classification System Code (NAICS) for this procurement is 334510. To be considered a small business under this NAICS code the Small Business Administration (SBA) size standard must not exceed 1,250 Employees.
The Request for Quote (RFQ) solicitation will be issued on or about August 14, 2018. All information for this solicitation will be posted on the Government Point of Entry (GPE) FedBizOpps at www.fedbizopps.gov
Potential offerors MUST register at FedBizOpps www.fedbizopps.gov in order to receive notifications and/or changes to the solicitation. Potential quoters are responsible for monitoring this site for the release of the solicitation package and any other pertinent information.
