Supply, Installation, and Repair of Carpet and Vinyl Services
The Contractor shall furnish all labor, supply materials, parts and equipment necessary to provide emergency and rountine installation and repair of carpet and specified floor services to Caltans-owned residential and commerical properties. Services shall be on as needed, on-call basis through the issuance of Task Orders. The Contractor shall be licensed with a B (General Building Contractor and/or C-15 Flooring and Floor Covering) License at the time of bid submittal. A Bid Bond is required for this project at the time of bid submittal.
