Supply, Delivery, Training and Support of Audio and Web Conferencing Services
The Purchasing and Contracting Division of the Department of Buildings and General Services, on behalf of the State of Vermont (the State), is soliciting a service bid proposal (Proposal) from vendors who can provide Audio Conferencing, as well as services commonly known as Web Conferencing, Webinars, Webcasting as a service and/or Interactive Training/remote classroom (the Work). The State of Vermont (hereafter "SOV" or "the State") intends to contract a single vendor who can provide this service to the various departments and agencies in state government.
This RFP is not seeking proposals that would require the State to invest in hardware or a software solution that could be installed, licensed and operated by the State.
