Supplies and Services for the AN/USC-38 Navy EHF Satellite Communications Program (NESP)
The Department of the Navy is soliciting for the establishment and maintenance of a Performance Based Logistics contract for the USC-38 Navy EHF Satellite Communication Program. The contract will be for five (5) years. The contractor will be responsible for: (A) Requirments Determination, (B) Inventory Management, (C) Requisition Processing, (D) Repair or Manufacture of Items, (E) Warehousing, (F) Receiving, (G) Shipping, (H) Packaging, (I) Tracking, (J) Inventory Reporting, (K) Resolving Obsolescence Issues and (L) Meeting all Performance Specifications and (M) Meeting all Performance Metrics.
