Description: Supplemental Health insurance for locally employed staff and dependents for performance period of one base and one option year. Estimated annual quantity is 246 family insurance plans. SAM registration is required pursuant to FAR provision 5.207, and prospective offerors are encouraged to register prior to the submittal of quotations/proposals.
