Supplemental Audio Visual Services
Notice is hereby given the Georgia World Congress Center Authority is soliciting competitive sealed proposals from experienced companies ordinarily engaged in the business of providing supplemental audio visual services.
The complete RFP package Documents, scope of work, proposal form and associated Addendum (if issued) will be PUBLICALLY POSTED on the GEORGIA PROCUREMENT REGISTRY at the following web address:

A site visit in not required for firms interested in proposing services relative to this RFP. However, should Proposers feel this would be beneficial to them, information is listed below:
Contact John Waggoner, Georgia World Congress Center Engineering Department, and (404) 223-4800, for more information. Site visits shall be scheduled at the sole discretion, and availability, of the GWCC Engineering Department.
In addition, most of the exterior areas and some of the interior areas of the facilities of the GWCCA may me visited at any time by interested Proposers who by doing so can generally familiarize themselves with the existing logistic conditions and business environment.

Proposals sent by courier or mail, etc., shall be addressed to: Georgia World Congress Center Purchasing Department Attn: Mercy Mbugua, 285 Andrew Young International Blvd., Atlanta, GA 30313, and shall be received Purchasing Department one hour prior to Proposal opening. Vendor representatives may, however, deliver their proposals at any time prior to Proposal opening time and attend the opening. All proposals will be publicly listed and recorded. Proposals will not be opened or evaluated at the public opening, but a list will be made of the names of all vendors making timely submission. A valid proposal may not be withdrawn for a period of (120) days after this date.
