Supervisory Control & Data Acquisition System (SCADA)
The Town is issuing this Request For Proposals (this “RFP”) to qualified companies (“Vendors”) interested in providing services to assist the Town in support and maintenance for the Town’s Water Resources
Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition (SCADA) system. The selected Vendor will provide
24 hour-a-day, 7 day-a-week, on call support on an as needed basis to ensure the operational
functionality of the Town’s water system, as more particularly described in the Scope of Work
attached to the sample Professional Services Agreement as Exhibit C (the “Services”), and
incorporated herein by reference. In accordance with the Town’s Procurement Code, the Town
will accept sealed proposals (“Proposals”) for the Services. At the Town’s option, the successful
bidder may also be used to make modifications or enhancements to the system. More than one
Vendor may be awarded the Service Contract.
