The purpose of this request for proposal is to enter into a contract with a qualified firm to provide servicevarious types of intensive developmental employment components that will encourage rapid entry of the FEP customer into the labor market, based on the findings of their assessment. The Offeror will address critical barriers that are preventing customers from securing andmaintaining employment. Offeror will accomplish this through a structured environment focused on an individualized approach that centers on a comprehensive work evaluation. The Offeror will provide basic job placement employability skills training, and job retention services as needed for customer success in the job market.
