Sunset Construction Management & Inspection RFP
The City desires to receive proposals from firmsor consultant teams that have recent experience in providing construction inspection and construction management services forprojects involving street paving/rehabilitation of a major City boulevard, and projects that received federal funds through Caltrans' Office of Local Assistance. The firms submitting proposals shall also have experience with federal reporting and record keeping requirements, be familiar with recent changes to Caltrans' Disadvantage Business Enterprises and ARRA requirements.The consultant team shall be adequately staffed to meet the scope of work. The firm will be required to submit 3 references that can verify the work of the project manager/team and those references shall be on projects in the Los Angeles and/or Orange County area that are of similar size and scope.
