Summit for Bilingual Parents
The "Summit for Bilingual Parents" is a one-day, conference-style meeting entering its third year. The event brings together parents of English Language Learners (ELLs) who are enrolled in school districts across the state of Illinois. It is typically held on an agreed-upon Saturday in April or May.
The purpose of this RFSP is to hire a contractor to plan, coordinate and serve as the fiscal agent for the "Summit for Bilingual Parents," in consultation with staff in ISBE's Division of English Language Learning (DELL). Further details about specific work requirements are listed in the attached RFSP.
