Summer Food Service Program
The District sponsors a Summer Food Service Program (SFSP) and is soliciting bids for food service vendors to prepare, deliver, and serve meals to children participating in its summer programs.
The District is soliciting bids for the summer food service program for approximately 20,000 breakfasts, 20,000 lunches, and 20,000 snacks served daily throughout the City. The operating days will run from June 1 through August 31, 2012. All meals served must meet the United States Department pattern requirements and District established menus.
