Suite 8-129 USCG Court Room Demo & Infrastructure Modification Scope of Work
Selective demolition of approximately 650 SF of office space located on the eighth floor of the PJKK Federal Office Building located at 300 Ala Moana Blvd., Honolulu, HI 96850. Demolition shall include but not limited to the carpet tile, cove base, elevated flooring to include Judges Pew, court recorder and defendant areas, existing railing, microphone tombstone, and voice/data/electrical in the flooring.
New work shall consist of but not limited to the following: New door and frame to match existing building standards, cipher lock with override key, infrastructure for the new data/voice drops, new microphone connection, new 115V 15A duplex outlets, drywall work that will be prepped, primed and, conduit and peripheral support work required, and an Electrical Load Analysis
