The work to be performed under this contract consists of the exploration of subsurface conditions at various locations throughout the County. All work, as to be shown on specific individual project plans, shall be performed by means of earth borings with augers, split barrel soil samples, core borings, in-situ testing, laboratory testing and other work as may be required. The work to be performed by the Contractor consists of the furnishing of all materials, labor, tools, machinery and other equipment, vehicular transportation, and all incidentals necessary and proper for the expeditious completion of the subsurface investigations.
