RFP : Substance Abuse - Strategic Planning & Environmental Program

The Office of Substance Abuse ( OSA ) of the Maine Department of Health and Human Services is seeking proposals for the development of two phases of county level strategic planning and environmental programming for substance abuse prevention. There are two levels of funding available in this RFP: Phase I: Strategic Planning, and Phase II: Implementation. This RFP represents selected components of Maine 's Strategic Prevention Framework State Incentive Grant (SPF-SIG), funded through a grant from the federal Substance Abuse and Mental Health Services Administration, Center for Substance Abuse Prevention. Funding for this RFP is contingent upon approval of Maine 's SPF-SIG State Strategic Plan by the Center of Substance Abuse Prevention .
