The Department is seeking a Provider or Providers
to supply Intensive Outpatient (IOP) Substance Abuse treatment services for inmates). The Provider shall maintain the mandatory standards set forth in Sections II. and III.
of this Request for Proposals (RFP). A Providers noncompliance with the mandatory
standards shall be the basis for termination of the Agreement.
The bid for this RFP should be based on vendors estimated and proposed session cost. A
session or unit is defined as a 3 hour session assuming that IOP consists of 3 sessions per
week for 6 weeks or 18 sessions total. It is estimated that total number of inmates needing
treatment ranges between 75-90 CCC-O inmates and 150-180 CCC-L inmates. Thus, 60
CCC-O inmates attending 18 IOP sessions would be a total of 1,440 sessions maximum; and
120 CCC-L inmates attending 18 IOP sessions would be a total of 2,880 sessions maximum.
