Substance Abuse Treatment Services
The length of the contract will be from the date of award, approximately early September 2009, until
contract completion, approximately December 31, 2012. Renewal of contract shall be exercised solely by
the state.
The Department is soliciting proposals for Turning Point Substance Abuse Treatment (TPSAT) program for offenders incarcerated at Correctional Center.
The maximum funding available for this contract is $147,400.00 annually.
