Request for Proposals (RFP) to select qualified proposers that can provide a continuum of alcohol and drug services (i.e., day care habilitative, outpatient counseling, residential medical detoxification, and residential treatment services) to Department clients affected by alcohol and drug use, who want to receive services that will allow them to become employment ready and financially independent.
