The City receives Special Liquor Tax Funds that are allocated to agencies that provide substance abuse prevention and treatment services. The City is seeking proposals from agencies that can develop and implement programs that provide such services to individual citizens and the community as a whole. These proposals should use effective approaches which include evidence-based programming to address alcohol and substance abuse problems, and selected proposals must demonstrate the ability to obtain meaningful and measurable results and document these results through outcome-based measurements.
