On behalf of the Livingston Washtenaw Substance Abuse Coordinating Advisory Council and
the Substance Abuse Coordinating Agency, the Washtenaw Community Health Organization
(WCHO) is requesting proposals from potential bidders for substance abuse prevention
programs to be provided in the Dexter and Pinckney communities.
