The Internal Revenue Service (IRS) intends to negotiate a sole sourced award to CCH, Incorporated, of 2700 Lake Cook Road, Riverwoods, IL, 60015, publishers for 2018 Codes and Regulations for the Chief Counsel Libraries at IRS throughout the CONUS. Period of Performance: 03/08/2018 through 03/07/2019. CCH is the premier publishers of legal materials from noted scholars, and practitioners writing in the field of taxation, bankruptcy, general and international laws today. These materials will be used to support the professional legal staff at the IRS for information for litigation, regulation and legislative research. CCH Codes and Regulations are copyrighted materials and are only published and sold by CCH, which offers the best value to the Government. Interested persons may identify their interest and capability. This is a notice of intent and not a request for competitive proposals. No solicitations will be issued, therefore, such requests for solicitations will be considered non responsive. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract based upon responses to this office is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct s competitive procurement.
