The Internal Revenue Service intends to make a sole sourced GSA award to Dun & Bradstreet (D&B), 4350 N. Fairfax Drive, Suite 650, Arlington,VA 22203, under schedule GS-22F-9614D, for a base year and four one year renewable options for annual subscription. Services shall include access to extensive database of corporations throughout the US from which IRS uses contact lists for the Large Business and Small Business Divisions for the American Customer Satisfaction Index (ACSI) Surveys. D&B shall provide comprehensive, randomly generated lists of corporate contacts from public data that the Securities and Exchange Commission requires corporations to publish. D&B has copyrighted and proprietary information, and are required to do business with federal agencies. Unique information regarding various business interests, access to this information to perform the agency required functions. NAICS: 541611; THIS IS A NOTICE OF INTENT AND NOT A REQUEST FOR QUOTATION. All responsible sources may submit a proposal which shall be considered, but the Government reserves the right to make an award without further discussions. Written proposals shall be no longer than 10 pages in length. All questions must be submitted in writing, no telephone calls shall be acknowledged. All responsible sources must be actively registered in SAM database at time of award. Award will be made in the form of a Government purchase order.
