Subregional Planning Initiative
The SPI will create implementation plans and identify project priorities for integration into the 2040 Regional Transportation Plan. The SPI is intended to foster coordination of planning and land use/development strategies among local communities, thereby improving the local and subregional transportation system’s mobility, connectivity, and access.
