 The Naval Sea Systems Command (NAVSEA) intends to increase the ceiling value of Submarine Rescue Operations and Maintenance contract N00024-14-C-4107 in order to ensure continuance of the programmed and scheduled operations and maintenance of the rescue system.  This contract action is conducted under the authority of 10 U.S.C. 2304 (c)(1), as implemented in FAR 6.302-1, full and open competition need not be provided when the supplies or services are available from only one or a limited number of responsible sources and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements.  As the SROMC contractor, Phoenix International Corporation is the contractor responsible for providing appropriate and sufficient personnel and services necessary for the mobilization, operation, storage, logistics support, repair and maintenance of the U.S. Navy's Submarine Rescue System.  This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals.  Companies interested in subcontracting opportunities should contact Phoenix International Corporation.  All responsible sources may submit a capability statement, proposal, or quotation, which shall be considered by the agency.  Offerors interested in obtaining information about this announcement should submit requests in writing to Danielle C.
