Student Recreation Center Marked Part 1 or Part 2
The project consists but not limited to: The construction of a new Student Recreation Center located on the UofL Belknap Campus. The facility once constructed shall be approximately 128,300 gross square feet and shall include Basketball Courts, MAC Court, Aerobic Room, Cardio Room, Weight Room, Running Track, Locker Room Facilities, Associated Lobby and Gather areas. This portion of work shall include all work generally associated with General Contractor work other than initial Site Work and Steel Fabrication & Erection both of which have been previously bid by the University. The facility shall also be built under LEED Certification. The award for this package shall be Best Value to the University based upon a bidders qualification and their lump sum price.
