Student Loan Billing Services
The Contractor will provide day to day processing functions for UMS student loan programs which include: Federal Perkins/NDSL student loans, Health and Human Services Nursing Student Loans and Institutional loans. The Contractor will ensure that the loans are administered in compliance with all Federal, State and local laws, rules, regulations and ordinances, including but not limited to, the Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act of 1974, as amended, and all University policies and procedures.
