The first phase of the project consists of a remodel of approximately 4,000 square feet in
the Hildebrand Hall Building on the Berkeley campus. The project will include the
addition of instructional seminar rooms. The Hildebrand Hall Building, constructed in
the 1966, is located on the northeastern side of the campus core. The second phase of the
project consists of a remodel of approximately 1,200 square feet in Gilman Hall. This
phase of the project will include the addition of reception area, private offices, and
support spaces.
