The Student Housing Phase 3 project will design and construct approximately 84,000 gross square feet for approximately 300 dormitory beds on the UC Merced campus. The estimated construction cost is approximately $28,000,000. The project will be constructed under the University's Multiple Prime Trade Contract method, with the major trades bid as separate bid packages, and with the Prime Trade Contractors under direct contract with the University.
