Student Housing Marketing and Feasibility Study
The basic scope of the project includes:
Research of existing on and off-campus housing including availability and pricing
A needs assessment based on current utilization and projected enrollment growth
An analysis of housing at peer institutions
A study of student housing preferences, suggestions and opinions
Financial recommendations and Pro Forma including project budget, pricing and revenue
projections
An analysis of financing and bonding options, discussion of potential contracting methods
Printed and electronic copies of the Feasibility Study and supporting documents
On-campus presentation of findings
The successful team should demonstrate the ability to start work on the Feasibility Study no later than April 2012 with completion scheduled for May 15, 2012.
