Student Housing Demolition
The project is for the demolition of the Residence Hall consisting of 10 individual two story units with approximately 6,230 sq. ft. per unit. In the schematic design development phases of this project, the designer must determine which materials in the Residence Hall units can be recycled through the State Construction guidelines. In addition, the designer will need to review the existing underground as-built infrastructure to determine what utilities will be required from this existing infrastructure to support the other Residence Hall Units in the adjacent areas.
