The University is seeking proposals for a self-funded group health benefits plan for its student population attending all campuses of the University. The University will consider fully-insured medical benefit proposals as well. The proposed Student Group Health Plan will have an effective date of July 1, 2013 at the Health Sciences Campus and August 15, 2013
