Stucco repair
This is a solicitation for construction posted by the Mine Safety and Health Administration to repair stucco in Beaver, West Virginia. The magnitude of construction is less than $25,000. This Request for Proposals (RFP) 1645BC-19-R-00010 is issued with written quotes due on August 12, 2019. A site visit will be held on July 30, 2019 at 10:00 am (EST). Information regarding the site visit can be found within 52.236-27 Site Visit (Construction). (FEB 1995) - Alternate I in Section L -Instructions, Conditions, and Notices to Bidders. Interested parties are highly encouraged to attend. Please report attendees in accordance with the information in FAR 52.236-27, by July 26, 2019 at 3:00 PM (EST).
This acquisition is a total small business set-aside under NAICS code 236220 (Commercial and Institutional Building Construction). The size standard is $ $36.5 million.
Contractors must be fully registered to receive government contracts in the System for Award Management (SAM) in order to receive a contract award. Registration shall be completed at https://www.sam.gov/SAM/. Responsible sources may submit a proposal in accordance with Section L - Instructions, Conditions, and Notices to Bidders in order to be considered for award and responses must be received by the closing date of this solicitation.
