This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items in accordance with FAR Subpart 13 and prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice.
The VA Central California Health Care System (VACCHCS) has a requirement for Stryker L10 Laparoscopy LED Light Source with Built-In Illuminator Units, Brand Name or Equal.
The combined synopsis solicitation is Set-Aside for Service-Disabled Veteran Owned Small Businesses (SDVOSBs). Interested SDVOSB Offerors must be listed and registered in Vetbiz.gov to be considered for Award. NAICS code is 339112 Surgical and Medical Instrument Manufacturing and the size standard is 1,250 Employees.
Solicitation No. 36C26119Q0658 is being issued as a request for quotation (RFQ) and contains clauses and provisions that are in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2019-01. Responses must be emailed to cristina.lansangan@va.gov by June 7, 2019 at 4:00 PM PST.
