Structures Inspection Program Engineering Services

Metro has developed a MetroLink Structures Inspection Program in conformance with industry guidelines and state/federal regulatory requirements.
The standard lists of structure types to be inspected provides the documentation necessary for reporting, prescribes a schedule guideline for inspection, details methods of performing inspections, lists the minimum qualifications of inspectors, and requires assessments of risk as well as capital investment priorities. The documentation of the structures will also form a basis for planning emergency operations in the event of collision, earthquake, or other hazards.
